East Lancashire foster carers get allowance increase
FOSTERS carer have had allowances increased after new rates were agreed by Lancashire County Council.
An extra £4 to £6 per week will be made available to all carers, depending on the age of the child being looked after. Extra dividends for holidays, birthdays and religious festivals will also rise by similar amounts, it has been confirmed.
